Waiver

I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms by participating in weight-bearing exercises, resistance training, or using the OsteoStrong® system:

Release of Liability: I release OsteoStrong Franchising, LLC and its representatives from any liabilities, injuries, or damages related to my participation in any program, service, or event offered by OsteoStrong®.

Acknowledgment of Risk: I am aware that participating in these activities and using equipment like the Spectrum equipment, X-3 Bar, vibration plate, PEMF mat, NormaTec®, Red light therapy, Biocharger®, cryotherapy, Hydromassage®, and others, involves risks. I voluntarily participate and use this equipment, understanding the potential dangers.

Assumption of Responsibility: I assume all risks of injury or death from my participation and accept responsibility for any injury or death caused by my conduct or negligence.

Health and Safety Confirmation: I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have sought or will seek medical advice as necessary. I understand specific health warnings related to equipment, including the BioCharger.
