Join us at this webinar and learn about this radiation-free technology for assessing bone density and quality on the lumbar vertebrae and proximal femur through a revolutionary approach to characterise bone microarchitecture using radio frequency signals acquired during a simple ultrasound scan.
The method overcomes all the main limitations of DXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) and QUS (Quantitative Bone Ultrasound).
Why Should I Register?
If you are interested in learning more about the REMS test, register even if you think you won't be able to make it; we will send you the link to the recorded session.
Led by Laura Sifuentez, expert Pilates and ELDOA trainer and coach of effective movement, this event introduces a fresh approach: helping your body adapt before an accident can happen.
Have you built bone strength but still worry about navigating New York City's unpredictable terrain? Traditional fall prevention focuses on what to do when you fall—but what if your body could become intelligent enough to adapt before an accident happens?
Join us for this enlightening session where you'll:
● Discover how to transform from fall prevention to becoming a smarter, more confident mover.
● Learn the four key components of balance and how they work together as a system.
●Develop easy and practical techniques to improve foot proprioception and gait efficiency.
● Experience simple exercises that enhance your body's ability to adapt to uneven surfaces.
● Gain insights into how your nervous system governs movement and response patterns.
This workshop is perfect for OsteoStrong members looking to complement their bone-strengthening work with movement intelligence. Whether you're navigating crowded sidewalks, managing grocery bags, or simply want to move through the city with greater confidence, this approach addresses the bigger picture of movement safety.
This workshop builds upon your OsteoStrong foundation, taking your fracture-resistance journey to the next level by adding movement intelligence to your existing bone strength.
