Membership Hold Request
MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY
You can place your membership on hold for up to 2 calendar months in a year.
Osteostrong will charge a $15,00 / month HOLD FEE on all hold requests.
Upon completion of the hold period, your membership will automatically become active and normal automatic billing of your membership will resume. Holds need to be placed at least 3 business days prior to the start of the hold period. Holds cannot be applied retroactively.
If you wish to cancel your membership at any point during or after a hold, our 30 day cancellation policy still applies. This means you will be billed for your final month after your cancellation notice has been submitted in writing. Your membership will be active for one month after your final billing, and you will retain all of the benefits of being a member during this time.
